servo mounts and wish bones

Decided it would be easier and cheaper to make a 6 wheeled UGV with high torque servos. These servos cost $4 each and are pretty decent for they're price from HobbyKing. The servos i used had a 6kg pull. I just had to make 6 of these for the drive train.

I used 12mm by 12mm (1mm thick) aluminum angle brackets for a mounting bracket for the servos. The brackets are 4cm in lengths for each side so i had to make 12 of these. The servos are exactly 2cm in length so i centered it with 1cm clearance on each side. The holes for the suspension shaft were centered in  by measuring on the other surface, 1cm from each side and creating a cross by drawing lines from each corner.

Each wish bone was 8cm in lengths using 12mm by 1 meter by 3mm flat aluminum. I had to cut 24 of these. The holes were center by drawing a line right angle to the longer edge 1cm in. Then drawing lines from each corner creating a cross in which you drilled the hole in the center. For the suspension action to work you have to file (AFTER DRILLING THE HOLES) each corner so it is round.
